Our quarterly ministry nights, called: “fellowshipping with Jesus” will be hosted at local churches. These gatherings provide an opportunity for the body of Christ to come together to seek God, encounter him, along with live teachings, and a live podcast discussions with our main guests on intimacy and evangelism.We warmly invite you to join us in at these events as we pursue God’s calling together.
Good Friday Evangelism In Retford
The gospel will be preached in the RETFORD this year on Good Friday 3rd of April and we cannot wait for what God will do. We are expecting people to be healed, saved and able to begin their journey and walk with the lord. We are also expected the power of God to be demonstrated while we are out in the streets.
We desire for them to be plugged into the local churches, therefore if you attend any of the churches in Retford we ask you to come out with us. You will get a chance to be paired with someone else if you are not as confident in evangelism, so this is for everyone. Let us declare the light of the world, let us declare the light to all mankind. We will preach the gospel, we will offer prayer, we will pray for Retford.
We will meet at the cannon square Retford at 1:15pm and preach the gospel for one hour before we come back to share testimonies. If you want to join us please contact us on: hello@lightuk.org

Apostolic Training programme - Evangelistic Gift
Theme for this month: Interactions Evangelistic leaders stir the church for outreach – 2 Timothy 1:6; Philippians 1:5. They ignite passion for souls and mobilize believers into action.
Join us as Sarah will teach and train the church in evangelism and the evangelist gift with the above theme in mind. This is part of the apostolic hubs initiative run by the main church Liberty church Rotherham. Along with other evangelists we will run the teaching at liberty Church Swinton. The purpose is to of the hubs is present an overview of each of the 5 Ascension Gifts. Outlining the purpose and heart behind each gift. To inspire the congregation to be grow in the expression of that gift, no matter what level they are at.

The purpose is to inspire those who have a heart to reach the Lost for Jesus. To be empowered and equipped to share the Gospel with confidence and wisdom, and be able to lead some to a saving knowledge of Jesus.
Foundational Purpose: Evangelistic leaders are carriers of the good news
Character: Evangelistic leaders are motived by desire to preach the gospel and see the salvation of the lost
Craft: Evangelistic leaders have a Bold proclamation, miracles, drawing crowds
Challenges: Evangelistic leaders Opposition, discouragement, cultural resistance
